Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A patient can enter the study if any of the following applies: 1.Patients with prostatic nodule found by digital rectal examination; 2.Patients with abnormal results found by ultrasound or multi-parametric magnetic resonance imaging(mp-MRI) ; 3.Patients with TPSA > 10 ng/ml; 4.Patients with TPSA between 4 to 10 ng/ml, with abnormal f/t PSA or abnormal PSAD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A patient may not enter the study if any of the following applies: 1.Patients with abnormal blood coagulation and bleeding tendency; 2.Patients with urinary system infection and in acute stage; 3.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and obviously abnormal liver and kidney function; 4.patients who could not be examined by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 5.Patients with incomplete data and information.
