45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45~75 years; 2. Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis according to clinical and radiographic criteria defined by the American Society of Rheumatology (standing anterophotograph); 3. Positive floating patellar test; 4. Ultrasound or NMR showed synovial thickening >= 1mm, or synovial thickness >= 2mm; 5. Imaging showed joint space stenosis (JSN) score >= 1; 6. VAS score >= 4; 7. IL-6 concentration >= 7pg/ml in the articular fluid detected by ELISA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of knee surgery or arthroscopic surgery; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 35kg/m2; 3. Knee injection history within the previous month; 4. A history of knee infection; 5. Take opioids daily; 6. The illness is serious enough to prevent participation in activities, such as attendance at scheduled examinations, etc..
