Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for pregnant women: 18-50-year-old women with elective cesarean section, patients undergoing cesarean section under spinal anesthesia, and patients willing to participate in this study; 2.Infant inclusion criteria: full-term pregnancy, gender is not limited, normal birth examination No hereditary diseases, no serious amniotic fluid inhalation during childbirth, and exclusive breastfeeding after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for pregnant women: unable or refusal to sign informed consent, hypersensitivity to phenylephrine or norepinephrine, known fetal abnormalities, mesenteric or peripheral blood vessel thrombosis, renal Insufficiency, recent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants, pregnancy-induced hypertension, heart disease, spinal anesthesia contraindications; 2. Infant exclusion criteria: anal atresia after birth, non-breastfeeding infants.
