Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=50 years; 2. Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease according to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 3. Carbalatin treatment was started within 1 month before enrollment; 4. CDR overall score < 3 points; 5. Subjects and guardians csigned informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, kidney and liver dysfunction; 2. With diseases that cause dementia, such as vascular dementia, central nervous system infection (such as AIDS, syphilis, etc.), Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease, Hydrocephalus, brain tumors, endocrine diseases, severe anemia, etc.; 3. Patients currently participating in other clinical drug trials.
