Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary frozen shoulder: (combined with or without diabetes mellitus); 2.Simple shoulder instability; 3.Inpatient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Injections into the shoulder joint in the month prior to surgery; 2.History of surgery on the affected shoulder; 3.Drug and alcohol abuse.
