Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. II degree, III degree anatomic stress urinary incontinence; 2. Stress urinary incontinence caused by internal urethral sphincter disorder; 3. Stress incontinence due to failure of conservative treatment; 4. Severe stress urinary incontinence (pad test > 10g); 5. No requirement for reproduction; 6. Be at least 45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart, liver, lung and kidney complications who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Acute stage of inflammation;3. There are requirements for reproduction; 4. In the treatment of malignant tumor; 5. Merge UAB; 6. With urethral reasons for difficult emptying.
