Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uremia and maintenance HD in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University were selected from January 2021 to December 2021; 2.There were restless legs itchy skin, intractable hypotension, poor sleep quality, personality variation, renal osteopathy and other long-term dialysis complications; 3.The patients received the standard dialysis protocol set by our center (dialysis 3 times a week,including 2 HD and 1 HDF for 6 months); 4.Blood samples were collected before and after treatment for inter group and self control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe heart and liver diseases, pregnancy and severe acute infection were excluded; 2.Patients who did not timely review the relevant indicators and record the complications.
