Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The volunteers; 2.Sexually active women between the ages of 18 to 70 years; 3.Patients diagnosed with high-risk persistent HPV infection and undergoing surgical treatment for HSIL; 4.Agree to participate in the clinical observation and abstain from sexual life during the treatment period; 5.Those who are willing and guarantee to cooperate according to the requirements of the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Contraindications to surgery, or cervical cancer and cervical cancer after surgery; 3.Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 4.AIDS, lupus erythematosus, selective IgA deficiency, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, multiple myeloma, lymphoma and other immune system diseases or malignant tumors; 5.Use of corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, immunomodulators or other medicine that act on the immune system within 12 weeks; 6.Pelvic inflammation, cervicitis, vaginitis, hemorrhagic diseases or other uncontrolled diseases, who are deemed unsuitable for admission by the researcher; 7.Patients allergic to Nocardia red and its products.
