Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 years and over; 2.Lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia; 3.ASA <= III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative mental illness (such as schizophrenia, depression, etc.); 2.Inability to communicate due to coma, speech impediment, or concise mental state inventory (MMSE) score <=24; 3.Preoperative history of stroke or dementia.
