Age
60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or above; 2. Dwelled in the targeted community for at least one year; 3. With physical condition that allows regular Tai Chi exercise; 4. With normal hearing; 5. Be able to understand words (cooperate with the questionnaire filling); 6. PHQ-9 score greater than or equal to 5 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With diseases which are not safe to perform Tai Chi exercise (such as severe hypertension, stroke history in the last 6 months, etc.); 2. Practiced Tai Chi exercise regularrly in the past 1 year; 3. Patients with major depressive disorder (PHQ-9 score 20 or greater).
