Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer survivors: (1) Diagnosed with early breast cancer(T0,1 N0,1 M0/ I–III); (2) At least 6 months after surgery; (3) Be informed of cancer diagnosis; (4) Had a spouse who has no major physical diseases; (5) had at least one healthy adolescent child, aged 12-18 (adolescents in this age group have a better understanding of the disease than children, and are about to assume certain family responsibilities); (6) Be able to communicate normally. (7) Patients and their families volunteered to participate in this study. 2. Spouse and adolescent children: (1) Voluntary participated; (2) Not participating in other studies at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer survivors: (1) Patients participating in other studies; (2) Suffering from immune endocrine diseases; (3) With mental disorder or cognitive impairment; (4) With acute infection or using corticosteroids or other inhibitory drugs; (5) With alcohol or drug addiction; (6) With other organic diseases; (7) Suffering other major traumatic events in the recent past. 2. Spouse and adolescent children: with physical or mental illness.
