Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age is less than 32 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergies to parenteral nutrient solutions; 2. Patients with allergies or adverse reactions to known trace elements; 3. Patients with obvious trace element deficiency (iron, zinc, copper, etc.); 4. Patients with severe infection at birth; 5. Patients with congenital developmental malformation; 6. Patients with acute or active gastrointestinal ulcer; 7. Patients with reduced bile secretion (especially cholestasis) and significantly reduced urinary function.
