Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients; 2. Age is equal to 18 years old, less than or equal to 80 years old; 3. Patients with prostate adenocarcinoma confirmed by histopathology or cytopathology, no neuroendocrine differentiation, no signet ring cell carcinoma or small cell carcinoma differentiation; 4. The diagnosis of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer is clear, it is specifically defined as the PSA doubling time = 2 years; 7. Patients have received puncture or radical prostatectomy for the primary lesion of prostate cancer and the tissue specimens are preserved; 8. Patients participate voluntarily and sign informed consent form; 9. Patients be able to receive treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With prostate cancer with known obvious sarcoma-like or spindle cells or neuroendocrine small cell components or other tumor metastases to the prostate; 2. Patients who have previously received PSMA ligand radiation therapy, olaparib therapy, cabazitaxel or AKT inhibior therapy; 3. With history of other malignant tumors; 4. Patients participated in other clinical research before joining the group.
