Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients planning to undergo hip replacement surgery; 2. Weight >= 50kg, aged >= 65 years; 3. ASA grade I to IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergy to amide drugs or with peripheral neuropathy, skin infections at or near the puncture site, coagulation dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients using fluvoxamine, ciprofloxacin, ketoconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin, Itraconazole or rifampin (such drugs can affect the clearance of ropivacaine).
