18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; 2. Aged 18-70 years old male; 3. Diagnosis of gout based on the 1977 criteria, 1 to 3 gout flare(s) in the last 6 months; no gout attack within 2 weeks before entering the group; did not receive urate-lowering therapy within half a year before entering the group; 4. Serum uric acid >= 420umol /L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic gout patients: Gout stone exists, which has been attacked twice or more in the last month, excluding this attack; 2. Other inflammatory diseases such as infection; 3. Serious diseases of the heart, lung, central nervous system or malignant tumor; 4. Other drugs taken simultaneously include thiazine diuretics, ampicillin, anticoagulants such as coumarin, indendine derivatives, azathioprine or thiopurine, cyclophosphamide, acetylsalicylic acid and pyrazinamide, etc. 5. The ALT and AST were more than twice the upper limit of normal value in the active stage or abnormal liver function; 6. Renal function damage, Cr >=1.5 mg/dl (133 umol/L) or bun >= 1.5 ULN; 7. Blood trisystem abnormality: leucocyte is less than 4.0 x 10^9/l, or there is clear anemia (hemoglobin is less than 100g/L), or platelet is less than 100 x 10^9/l, or there are other blood system diseases; 8. Kidney stones; 9. The researchers believe that other subjects are not suitable for the selection of this study.
