Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-89 years; 2. The patient met the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction and was confirmed as acute myocardial infarction after clinical manifestations, electrocardiogram, and serum enzymatic examination, and PCI was performed; 3. Concurrent diabetes; 4. of cardiology doctors to assess early cardiac rehabilitation standard: no recurrence of chest pain symptoms over the past eight hours, creatine kinase or troponin levels did not rise, not present new decompensated heart failure symptoms, b-type natriuretic peptide is less than 1800 pg/ml, the past 8 hours without new arrhythmia or electrocardiogram (ecg) changes (including ventricular arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, flutter, atrioventricular block, ventricular rate is more than 180 times/min or less than 40 times/min); 5. The rehabilitation technician assessed the patient's pulmonary function rehabilitation, assessed the cardiac function rehabilitation and measured the fatigue to determine that the patient could carry out a 4-step rehabilitation plan; 6. Agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe mental retardation; 2. Congenital defects and physical disabilities; 3. The patient had severe arrhythmia, heart failure and angina attack after infarction; 4. Patients with heart valvular disease, kidney or liver function damage.
