18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of International Guidelines for the Treatment of Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock (2016 edition); 2. Aged between 18 and 85 years; 3. No immunosuppression or immunoenhancement therapy was received before enrollment; 4. The patients or their family members signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Study of drug allergy or other contraindication; 2. Complicated with malignant tumor, serious blood system disease or immune deficiency; 3. Has been included in other RCT studies; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. The researcher judged that the patient was not suitable for inclusion (such as potential medical disputes).
