Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants, ranging from 18 to 44 years in age with normal Body mass index (BMI) (18.5–23.9 kg/m2), were enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any clinical symptom or metabolic disease, carbohydrate intolerance syndrome, family history of diabetes, medication-assisted treatment, and those taking the test substances for a long time, or within a week before the experiment, were excluded.
