50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults aged >=60 years; 2. Have a diagnosis of lower extremity fracture or osteoarthritis; 3. Receiving an operation for fracture or total joint replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of: 1. Cardiovascular disease that is not suitable for exercise training; 2. Neurological disease or cognitive impairments; 3. Kidney disease that is not suitable for protein supplementation.
