18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of lower ureteral calculi by CT examination of urinary system, CT value <=800; 2. Stone diameter < 1.0cm; 3. Normal renal function; 4. Standard treatment for one week or without treatment, urine routine indicated white blood cell count <=200ul/L, blood WBC < 12 x 10^9/L, body temperature < 38.0 degrees centigrade; 5. BMI<=30kg/m2, age from 18 to 70 (include); 6. Collect stones and feces of related participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with history of severe hypertension, coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular disease; 2. Dysfunction of important organs and severe hydronephrosis; 3. Spinal deformity; 4. Long-term oral anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
