Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Selective cardiac surgery will be performed in the median sternal incision under the extracorporeal circulation; 3. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Operations with deep hypothermia and circulatory arrest; 2. Heart transplantation, pulmonary thrombus endarterectomy; 3. Self-reported pregnancy; 4. Preoperative long-term use of hormone systemic therapy >= 3 months; 5. Already joined other similar research in recent 3 months; 6. Preoperative mechanical ventilation within 60 days of surgery, use of a double-lumen endotracheal tube or one-lung ventilation; 7. Neuromuscular dysfunction; 8. Preoperative extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support or ventricular assist device.
