Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptom criteria: the lack of communication skills; unable to establish partnership with their peers; no close affection to relatives; don't use eyes, expressions, gestures to communicate; has no interest in the collective activities; avoid many occasions; entertaining, language retardation or degradation; understanding ability is poor; there is stereotyped action or gestures as well as refused to change; 2. Starts before 3 years old; 3. Impaired social interaction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with severe heart, lung and abdominal diseases; 2. Other clinical participants; 3. Participants who did not cooperate with the treatment; 4. Participants not suitable for this research judged by the investigator.
