18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Participants with lumbar vertebral disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis or lumbar spondylolisthesis; 3. Participants undergoing posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF); 4. Participants who provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants combined with lumbar tumour, tuberculosis, infection or lumbar vertebral fracture caused by trauma; 2. Participants with abnormal mental behaviour; 3. Participants with severe cardiac or respiratory disease and renal or hepatic dysfunction; 4. Participants who have undergone lumbar surgery in the past; 5. Participants allergic to any drug in the cocktail recipe; 6. Participants with abnormal coagulation function; 7. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status > III; 8. Participants who have taken anti-platelet aggregates, such as aspirin or anticoagulants, in the last month; 9. Participants with histories of thromboembolism.
