18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (aged from 18 to 70 years); 2. Stable ( >=1 year ) mild to moderate chronic plaque psoriasis; 3. with similar plaque psoriasis in left and right body; 4. Without phototherapy in the past 6 months; 5. Written informed consent is given.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Drug induced psoriasis; 2.Other skin diseases that may influence a disease assessment; 3.With diseases of Lupus erythematosus, Xeroderma pigmentosum, solar keratosis, Bloom syndrome, Dysplastic nevus syndrome, or dermatomyositis, History of melanoma; 4.With diseases of Porphyria, cataract, pemphigus, History of family melanoma; 5.History of taking photosensitizing drugs; 6.History of photosensitive; 7.With severe comorbidities; 8.Pregnant or breastfeeding woman; 9. Biological treatment for psoriasis in the past 6 months;Systemic treatment for psoriasis in the past 1 months; Topical treatment for psoriasis in the past 2 weeks; 10.Other conditions not suitable for the study.
