Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed multiple myeloma diagnosed according to IMWG 2016 criteria; 2. Patients had received bortezomib based regimen induction and subsequent ASCT plus continuous maintenance; 3. Patients had received regular sequential MRD monitoring; 4. Patients had achieved MRD negativity after transplantation; 5. Patients had MRD reappearance after achieving the MRD negativity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients received preemptive therapy before disease progression.
