18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who intend to undergo non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system diseases and mental disorders; 2. Patients who take sedatives or antidepressants; 3. Patients who are addicted to alcohol or drugs (over the past 3 months, drinking more than 40 alcohol a day over 100ml); 4. Patients with communication disorders (language barrier, severe visual or hearing impairment); 5. Uncontrolled history of hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 180mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure > 100mmHg); 6. The expected operation time is more than 4 hours; 7. Participated in other clinical researchers within 3 months.
