Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of the disease was in line with the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation in the first edition of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines - Orthopedics Branch compiled by the Chinese Medical Association in 2009, and was confirmed by lumbar CT or MRI. 2. Patients undergoing elective lumbar surgery. 3. Patients with preoperative fatigue visual analogue score = 18 years. 6. They have normal cognitive ability. 7. The number of days in hospital >= 7 days. 8. Signed informed consent and volunteered to cooperate with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe medical diseases; 2. Patients with unstable vital signs after surgery; 3. Patients with unclear consciousness or severe communication difficulties.
