Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A case-control study was conducted to study colorectal cancer patients from November 2020 to November 2021 in Changhai Hospital Affiliated to Naval Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drugs that affect the levels of calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D, such as vitamin D, estrogen or its analogues, calcitonin, etc., were used within one month before inclusion; 2. Hyperparathyroidism or parathyroidectomy; 3. Some diseases that affect the absorption of vitamin D, such as diarrhea, chronic pancreatitis, biliary obstruction, colitis, partial small bowel resection, etc; 4. Severe liver and kidney diseases; 5. Severe peripheral or central neuropathy; 6. Severe complications, such as heart failure, pneumonia, etc; 7. Fasting or parenteral nutrition patients; 8. Patients who need stoma after operation; 9. Patients with other acute and chronic pain diseases 10. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
