Perioperative Neurocognitive Dysfunction

Interventions

Drug group: Mosapride citrate tablets (5mg), three times a day for 3 days
Postoperative pseudophagous group:Chew sugar-free gum, 3 times a day, for half an hour each time until exhaustion

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing general anesthesia; 2.Aged >= 50 years; 3.Patients who underwent thoracic/lumbar fusion at selected time; 4.Not illiterate and willing to cooperate to complete the test; 5.Conduct ethical review and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative complications of gastrointestinal and other digestive system diseases; 2.Taking gastrointestinal motility drugs/antibiotics; 3.With mental or nervous system diseases.
