Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA score is I-III grade; 2.Aged over 65 years; 3.Elderly patients undergoing elective hip fracture repair are expected to have an operation lasting 1 hour or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of mental illness or family history of mental illness; 2.A history of long-term use of psychotropic drugs, chronic analgesics, corticosteroids, or alcohol abuse; 3.The score of preoperative Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) was less than 15 points; 4.Severe impairment of hearing, vision and language functions; 5.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6.Patients with untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism; 7.Patients who cannot receive general anesthesia or are allergic to anesthetic drugs.
