Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Contact lens wearers; 2.Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intolerance to conjunctival sac sampling; 2.Suffering from eye diseases that affect the wearing of contact lens; 3.Patients with systemic diseases that affect the wearing of contact lenses; 4.People who have used antibiotics on their whole body or eyes within a month.
