Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Signed informed consent; 2.Aged between 18 and 85 years; 3.Diagnosed with stroke by magnetic resonance imaging; 4.Stroke resulting in unilateral lower limb dysfunction and able to walk more than 12 meters without assistance; 5.Stability of the underlying disease course; 6.Brunnstrom lower extremity stage 3-5; 7.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score 21 and complete the trial; 8.There was no hemorrhagic transformation or obvious cerebral edema, and there was no restriction on the size and location of the infarction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe aphasia; 2.Unstable condition; 3.Complicated with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and other important organs; 4.Severe mental disorders; 5.The presence of lower extremity pain, low back pain, previous history of lower extremity fracture or diabetic foot affected standing and walking test; 6.The presence of tinnitus or dizziness, or vestibular related diseases.
