Pituitary adenomas, craniopharyngiomas, meningiomas and other midline skull base tumors which are suitable forendoscopic endonasal surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient underwent endoscopic endonasal surgery in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2020; 2. Patient was confirmed with grade II-III cerebrospinal fluid leak during operation; 3. Patient was followed up at least 6 months; 4. Patient underwent cruciate embedding fascia-bone flap technique (CEFB) and / or pedicle vascularized nasoseptal flap(PNSF) during operation as skull base reconstruction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient was diagnosed with non-skull base midline tumors; 2. Patient with history of skull base fracture or operation; 4. Patient with poor health condition and could not tolerate the operation; 5. Patient with tumor recurrence.
