Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Outpatients or inpatients, aged 6-18 years, no gender limitation; 2.Comply with the diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder (MINI-KID diagnosis), IV edition of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV), both for first episode or relapse; 3.This episode has not been treated with antidepressant system; 4.CDI total score >= 19 at screening, and HAMD-17 total score >= 14; 5.Cooperating to complete research-related evaluation; 6.The patient himself and his guardian signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Definite episodes of mania or hypomania in the past; 2.Past diagnoses of mental retardation, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective mental disorder and mental disorders associated with other diseases; 3.History of alcohol and drug dependence and acute poisoning; 4.Past serious physical illness; 5.Other situations that the researcher thinks are not suitable for inclusion in the group.
