Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Signed informed consent; 2.Aged between 18 and 85 years; 3.Diagnosed with stroke by magnetic resonance imaging; 4.Stroke resulted in unilateral lower limb dysfunction and could stand for more than 1 min without a walker; 5.The stability of the underlying disease course; 6.The Brunnstrom stage 3-5 of the lower limbs; 7.The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scored 21 points and was able to complete the trial; 8.There was no hemorrhagic transformation or obvious cerebral edema, and there was no restriction on the size and location of the infarction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe aphasia; 2.Unstable condition; 3.Complicated with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 4.Serious mental disorders; 5.The presence of lower limb pain, low back pain, previous history of lower limb fracture or diabetic foot affected the standing balance test; 6.The presence of tinnitus or dizziness, or complicated vestibular related diseases.
