Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children: (1) Diagnosed as congenital cataract; (2) Aged <18 years; (3) Received cataract surgery; (4) With family caregivers. 2. Main caregivers: (1) Children's parents diagnosed as congenital cataract; (2) Assumed main care work of children (taking care of patients for more than 4 hours a day, still responsible for main care work after discharge, if there are multiple caregivers, choose the longest care time or the caregiver designated by patients); (3) Volunteer to participate in this study; (4) With clear consciousness and have good reading comprehension and communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children: (1) Accompanied by other ocular abnormalities, such as congenital glaucoma, congenital small eyeball, abnormal retinal choroid development, etc. 2. Main caregivers: (1) With other serious mental or physical diseases; (2) Parents with other sick children at home; (3) Other major negative events in the family recently; (4) Participated in relevant training.
