Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Angle II malocclusion with hypoocclusal hyperocclusion and anterior displacement of the temporomandibular joint; 2. Patients refused to undergo orthodontic treatment or permanent fixation to stabilize the discoid relationship.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to cooperate or with mental or cognitive impairment.
