Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants aged 6-8 months and their mothers who have received informed consent; 2. Be in good health without any disability or congenital disease; 3. No gastrointestinal diseases were found.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lactation mothers suffer from mastitis, diabetes, obesity and other metabolic diseases; 2. Lactating mothers have taken antibiotics (cephalosporins, quinolones, macrolides, aminoglycosides, sulfonamides) during pregnancy or lactation; 3. In the past month, infants or lactating mothers had diarrhea and other gastrointestinal diseases.
