Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants aged 6-8 months and their mothers who have received informed consent; 2. Be in good health without any disability or congenital disease; 3. No gastrointestinal diseases were found.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants (gestational age less than 37 weeks) or low birth weight infants (birth weight less than 2500g); 2. Lactation mothers suffer from mastitis, diabetes, obesity and other metabolic diseases; 3. Lactating mothers have taken antibiotics (cephalosporins, quinolones, macrolides, aminoglycosides, sulfonamides) during pregnancy or lactation; 4. In the past month, infants or lactating mothers had diarrhea and other gastrointestinal diseases.
