18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer patients in thyroid center of Tongren Hospital; 2. The age range is 18-70 years old; 3. Patients with routine open thyroid surgery; 4. Total thyroidectomy and double VI lymph node dissection were planned; 5. Complete clinical follow-up data were available; 6. Patients signed informed consent, and with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With lesions above T4; 2. Thyroid process to sternum; 3. Patients who have undergone thyroid or parathyroid surgery or other adjuvant therapy; 4. Patients with parathyroid disease; 5. Patients with abnormal serum calcium and PTH before operation; 6. Patients with temporary change of operation mode during operation.
