18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients dignosed a primary cancer of the digestive system by endoscopy and symptoms diagnosis; 2. Patients underwent surgical treatment; 3. Aged over 18 years, be able to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with immune endocrine diseases; 2. Patients with mental disorder or cognitive impairment; 3. Patients with other physical diseases; 4. Patients with hearing impairment; 5. Patients with prior mindfulness-related practices.
