35 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 35~60 years; 2.ASA score I-II; 3.BMI < 28kg/m2; 4.Breast cancer was diagnosed by breast biopsy, and distant metastasis was excluded. TNM staging was I-II; 5.No history of alcoholism; 6.Exclude distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of endocrine and immune system diseases; 2.History of tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3.The application history of hormones and immunosuppressants; 4.Long-term history of taking analgesic drugs; 5.Recent infection history and chronic infection history; 6.Complications of important organs.
