Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed IgAN patients diagnosed by renal pathology; 2.First visit eGFR >= 30 ml/(min·1.73 m2); 3.Proteinuria >= 0.5g/24 h (>= 0.5 g/(24h·1.73 m2) in minors); 4.The follow-up time exceeds 12 months; 5.Peripheral blood samples and pathological biopsy samples at the time of initial diagnosis are available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been treated with glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive agents when they were first admitted to the hospital; 2.Patients with missing baseline data at the first visit; 3.Patients with hematological system or solid tumors, serious infections and other major complications that may affect the research.
