Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who need endotracheal intubation general anesthesia for laparoscopic surgery; 2.The operation time is 2-6 hours; 3.ASA I-III grade; 4.Preoperative chest radiographs and lung ultrasound showed no abnormalities; 5.Lung ultrasound score in any quadrant >= 2 points once in PACU; 6.Aged 18-80 years; 7.BMI 18-30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refused to participate in the trial; 2.Patients who have the history of Serious pulmonary diseases, such as bullae, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pleural effusion, asthma, pneumothorax,and who have received chest surgery history, such as lobectomy; 3.Patients' comorbidities include severe cardiovascular diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Preoperative patients complicated with severe pulmonary artery hypertension, intracranial hypertension and other contraindications to pulmonary retraction; 5.Preoperative oxygen saturation <= 92%; 6.Severe complications occurred during the operation, such as subcutaneous emphysema, pneumothorax, severe allergy, etc; 7.During the operation, there was massive bleeding, hemodynamic instability, and a large amount of blood transfusion and fluid transfusion; 8.The patient failed to remove the endotracheal intubation for various reasons after surgery, and the patient was turned to ICU with the intubation; 9.Patients transferred to open surgery.
