60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dwelled in targeted comunities for at least 1 year; 2. Aged 60 years or above; 3. Met the criterion of cognitive function impairement measured by MMSE (illiteracy <= 17 points; primary school <= 20 points; junior middle school and above <= 24 points); 4. Be volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who can't cooperate to complete the assessment.
