Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. April 2021-December 2021, the first visit in our center emergency, within 7 days of onset, patients with stroke symptoms for the first time (4 = 24kg / m2); 6. Patients with 18.5kg/m2 <= BMI < 24kg/m2, with or without metabolic syndrome; 7. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous disability (defined as modified Rankin scale score (mRS) >= 2); 2. Chronic inflammation; 3. Cancer; 4. Serious systemic disease (life expectancy is determined to be less than 6 months); 5. Infectious diseases (past 4 weeks); 6. Continue to take anti-inflammatory drugs and probiotics (in the past 4 weeks); 7. Those who use antibiotics after joining the group.
