Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed thymoma; 2. Clinically diagnosed myasthenia gravis (anti-AChR +, Electromyography +); 3. Indication of radiotherapy for thymoma (neo-adjuvant, adjuvant, definitive, palliative); 4. Aged >= 18 years; 5. Mild MG symptoms (MGFA type I/II; asymptomatic or MME after treatment).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Massive pleural effusion; 2. Active pulmonary inflammation or interstitial pneumonia; 3. In plan of or in pregnancy.
