Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature babies admitted to the Neonatal Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University who are under 30 weeks of gestational age, have a birth weight of less than 1500g, and are admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children who die during hospitalization; 2.Children with congenital gastrointestinal malformations (such as congenital intestinal atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal malrotation, etc.); 3.Those who give up treatment during hospitalization; 4.Those who do not complete the determination of fecal microbiota and SCFAs; 5.Those who do not want to participate in this study.
