Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: We intend to select 10 kawasaki disease children as the case group.10 children as fever control group. 1.Inclusion criteria: All children met the diagnostic criteria established by the American Heart Association (AHA) in 2017 : a.Fever lasts for 5 days or more, excluding other diseases with similar manifestations; b.Extremities: Acute phase: erythema of palm (foot), finger (toe) end swelling;Convalescent period: 2 ~ 3 weeks occurrence finger (toe) nail edge desquamination; c.Pleomorphic rash; d.Both sides of the ball combined membrane hyperemia without secretions; e. Changes in the lips and mouth: redness of the lips and mouth, chapped lips, diffuse congestion of the bayberry tongue, mouth and pharynx mucosa; f.Cervical lymph node lesions (diameter > 1.5 cm), usually unilateral; 2. Inclusion criteria of fever control group: (1) All conform to China's 2013 revised guidelines for the management of community-acquired pneumonia in children; (2) Fever days more than 4 days; (3) Children with a history of KD were excluded. All the subjects in the case group and the fever control group were Han nationality children and were not related to each other.

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for fever control group: children with a history of KD were excluded.
