Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery (hysteromyoma surgery, total hysterectomy, pelvic dissection surgery) and with an estimated operation time more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension, hematopathy, history of venous thrombosis in lower extremities, history of varicose vein surgery, inflammation of lower extremities and abnormal preoperative coagulation function were combined. Using estrogen patient, pregnant patien.
